Joshua J. Mayr
Josh began his career with Financial Alternatives in 2019. He comes to the organization with over 7 years of financial sales experience in the wholesale mortgage market and 8 plus years of experience in small business management/ownership. Josh holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as a Washington State Life, Health, & Disability insurance license. He is focused on furnishing complete retirement and wealth management planning to employees of school districts, state agencies, individuals, and small businesses.

Through an exclusive partnership with NCESD, Josh works closely with the school district and ESD employees to educate them on how the different state retirement systems work, and which option might be best for their individual situations. He takes great pride in providing comprehensive retirement planning services and looks forward to advising clients in each of their unique positions.
Josh is a Wenatchee Valley native. He graduated from Eastmont High School in 1997 and Wenatchee Valley College. He and his wife Sarah have 3 children, Connar, Camden, and Shyla. They enjoy spending time at the kids’ various sporting events, maintaining an active lifestyle, and love everything the Valley has to offer.
